PER-1532245 error in redwood rehire

Hello,

When trying to rehire a salaried temp non benefit eligible employee in redwood pages, we receive these two error messages:

"You need permission to modify the EmployeeAssignmentDEO object. (PER-1532245)"

"You must provide a value for the AssignmentId attribute."

I am assuming this is a lack of privileges, but when studying the seeded Line Manager role, I did not see anything that I could tie to this error. Is there documentation with the new privileges required for actions in Redwood?
