Manager can see all the Learning Recommendation under Recommendation Profile

Hi Folks!

We have an issue where when logged in as a "Manager" and navigating to My Team > Learning and Development > Recommendation Profile, managers can see all course recommendations across the environment.

We attempted to restrict the visibility so that managers can only view the recommendations related to their direct reports, but this has not been feasible.

Additionally, when we removed the "Manage Recommendation Profiles" privilege from the Manager custom role, it resulted in the complete loss of the recommendation functionality.

Attached is the list of privileges that have been added to the Manager custom role.

Business Requirement: Managers should be able to recommend courses and only view recommendations related to their direct reports.
