OGL task lists inquiry

Question

• Can Task Lists be emailed to the users Manager, or to a designated email once completed? Essentially letting someone know that a task was completed by x user?
• If a task list spans over the course of a week, lets just say 1 task completed each day in a week, does each completed action in that task list get its own specific completion date that can be viewed in the Analytics dashboard or in the hypothetical email?

I ask because I was curious on viability of Task lists for things like Healthcare recalls to make sure all the steps are followed and the visibility to all the tasks completion time to be available as close to real time as possible, including some steps that may be handled outside of Oracle that are manually logged complete.
