Process Automation link for Production environment not working

Summary:

We have begun using Process Automation, and have enabled it in all of our Dev environments. I have set up the developers with access and given them the link provided in IDCS and they have been able to access. Today we tried to same for our Production environment, but the link for the Production OPA environment is not working. Instead of bringing the user to our company SSO page, and then into Process Automation, it brings them to an Oracle log in screen with our old company logo (screen
