Change Assignment - Update Grade based on DFF

Summary:

We are trying to move from ACR to Redwood.

Looking to configure a business rule that updates grade based on whether a DFF checkbox is marked as Y or N.

Please advise if this is possible or not. I have tried the following in VBS with no success:

  • Default grade based on action, action reason, and initial employee values
    • Grade cannot be defaulted, no values show in LOV - Grade ID, Grade Code do not work
  • If we need the grade to update dynamically in the transaction - meaning if the DFF checkbox is marked as Y, but the marked back to N in the same transaction - what is the recommended approach for getting the grade back to what it orginally was?
