Unable to find the OOTB home page card and navigation menu item on Oracle Sales Mobile App
in CX Apps
We have enabled these profile options:
ORA_ZCA_ENABLE_TRACKING_INTERACTIONS
ORA_ZCA_ENABLE_INTERACTIONS_CALL_WRAP_UPS.
As a part of enabling these, the OOTB card and navigation menu item related to call reports is no longer available. We would like to know if there are any new cards/menu item which is now being replaced as a result of this.
