Can we fetch both transaction attributes and transaction line attributes through single REST API?

Summary:

As SOAP v1 is getting deprecated from 25C release we are changing SOAP v1 to REST.
Can we fetch both transaction attributes and transaction line attributes through single get Transaction REST API? As this is possible through SOAP get Transaction API , I want to check if we can do it through REST API also?
