Self-enrollment with Due date and Expiry - is something similar in the pipeline?

Hi there, we have a type of courses that have a due date and annual expiry and re-enrollment. Users cannot enroll in these manually and the LD team should do the enrollments for all of them. This is a big task for us so I would like to know if Oracle is planning to introduce an option in the future with which a user would be able to enroll in a course and be assigned automatically a due date and expiry date?
