New project doesn't appear in budget tables. Pushing budget from EPM to ERP

Once a new project is added, the PPM to GL sync process updates the GL COA and the Project is added to the tree as well. However, unless the tree's rows and columns are flattened and the Refresh Budget tree process is run, the new project doesn't show up in the budget tables.

The following processes are required for pushing budget from EPM to ERP: 

  1. Financials Tree Audit and Tree Flatten Process 
  2. Publish Chart of Account Dimension Members and Hierarchies to Balances Cubes 
  3. Refresh Tree for Budgetary Control 

Shouldn't these do the work alone? Should we also perform the below given processes?
