Workforce Performance - Performance Rating Real Time is not fetching ex-employees

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM

Summary: "Workforce Performance - Performance Rating Real Time" subject area is not showing any ex-employees when i try to see their performance document info. When i checked the setup , i can see that their performance eligibility is still showing as eligible. May i know how to get this working. Customer needs it and have many performance related reports which has the same issue.
