CCC - Facing issue to get the Correct Source Organization and Destination Organization.

Hello Folks,

We have a requirement to get Source and Destination Org according to each Transaction Type and Transaction ID for Transfer Order Transactions in Review completed Transaction UI. But I'm facing issue to get the correct source and destination organization in the report.
Like for Example if I have a Transfer Order Pick Transaction with Positive Transaction Qty so for this transaction Source and Destination Org should come as per the transfer order number linked to this transaction.
Could anyone please assist us in resolving this issue? Any insights or recommendations you might have would be greatly appreciated.
