Is it possible to have the time card correctly display and pay Overtime?

We change the time card to reflect the amount of overtime with the correct assignment. It loads the department name and the normal rate (instead of the correct rate of 1.5 times the normal rate - in this case it should be $21).

The system configuration is not set up to pay the overtime rate at 1 ½ times the normal rate. We run a query to tell us who has overtime and the extra amount for the half that needs to be loaded to pay the employee so they are getting the correct overtime rate. This is a manual load into element entries as a pay value entry. This is the payslip for the employee. It shows under the Rate details the overtime of 2.75 hours at $14.00 being paid at straight time. The Earnings row below
