Document Types not displaying on all Business Units

We are experiencing a problem where, in some of our environments, all document types are not displayed on the Document Types tab on the Configure Procurement Business Function. The Assign Business Unit Business Function task/setup is the same for all Business Units, however, the Document types differ per BU. We have tried deactivating and reactivating the BU, removing all checkboxes from the Assign Business Unit Business Function task/setup and readding, and nothing has seemed to work. On the Manage Styles task, agreements and purchase orders have been enabled as well. Are we missing a BU specific setup?
