Importing Procurement Card Purchase Orders

Summary:

We are looking to import purchase orders as part of an integration. We are looking to see if there is any way to link a procurement card ID to the purchase order. We have been told it is not available on the FBDI, are there any APIs available to update the procurement card ID on the purchase order header?
