How to update Delivery URL on OBN

We has punchout setup with Amazon and working fine showing the PO status as success in OBN. However, amazon is saying the POs are not received and being pointed to a wrong delivery URL so they asked us to update the purchase order request delivery URL as shown in screenshot. How and where do we update this delivery URL from Oracle side? I do not see any page or setup to update this. Need help
