25A: Issue with chunking of SCORM file not giving right chuck count using PUT method.

I am trying to load Self Paced Learning items through API since the scorm binary file is big it needs chunking process. but it is not giving me the right chunk count even after the chuck size is given under body I have attached the screen shot below. here in this example the total size of the file is 42771100 bytes and the chunk size given by me here is 4277110 which is 10 % of the total size but the chunk count getting here is 10 instead of 11. since the given chuck count is 10 it is difficult
