How to update the decimal precision on my receipts page for quantity/amount

We have a PO where the total amount is 856.30 but when receiving it shows as 856.3 Zero is not shown I know it's still .3 is 30cents but from consistency standpoint customer would like to know why it is like this on receipts page while the amount is shown full on purchase order.

We have the INV_QUANTITY_DECIMAL_PRECISION set to 5 in setup. Also, under manage currencies decimal precision is 2 and extended precision is 5 as well. Is there anywhere else we need to update this? Need help
