Time Card integration with Biweekly Payroll Pay Period Start and End Date Change

Hello all,
We currently have Oracle Payroll integrated with Oracle Time and Labor. We have a request to change our Biweekly Payroll Pay Period start and End Days from Thursday -Wednesday to Monday -Sunday respectively. I know this will involve creating a new payroll and move all employees to the new one. On the Time and Labor side, I updated 'Worker Time Processing Profiles' with new Time Definitions ,Repeating Time Periods and Time Consumer Set reflecting the new start day of Monday. However, I am not able able to submit timecards after these changes. I keep getting this error 'The time card
