MOT_REF_ENTITIES custom object table not pulling data

Summary:

There is a OTBI report built using custom object subject area whose dimension and fact tables are populated with data thorugh some integration reports through some custom objects. For few of the IA PRCO's the custom object table MOT_REF_ENTITIES not populated with data. need help on anlayzing this issue.
