Facing issue while importing data from FCCS instance to Oracle Digital Assistant

Hi Team,

We are unable to import data from FCCS instance to Oracle Digital Assistant via CSV files & Rest API since we are facing an error, the snapshot of the same is attached for your reference.

We are also getting error in chatbot and unable to use the same.

Please guide us to solve this error.
