Personalization has been removed automatically from Test environment

Hello Expert,

Recently, we experienced that, from our Test environment all the Redwood personalization has gone. We moved the personalization from Dev28 to Test.

Please suggest something on this, if anyone has faced the same issue, and what would be the root cause, and how to back our personalization.
