Pushed code from main branch Dev2 to Dev1 - how to push code into main branch dev1?

Summary:

We refreshed our Dev1 environment, and I went to make a change in Dev1 VBS to push to production but then realized it overwrite all VBS customizations (that were previously pushed from dev2.) To resolve I repushed the changes from Dev2 VBS back into Production and also into Dev1.

How do I ensure that Dev-1 now has the changes within its Main branch? When I go to the git I am not seeing the code that was pushed over from Dev2. I want to use Dev1 as the main environment to update changes since we recently refreshed it.
