CSS does not reflect changes

I'm currently using Redwood and I'm working with stylesheets to change fields within the transaction, such as the color of labels or input text, but the changes are not reflected.

I add these stylesheets in
Style and Templates
Stylesheets
Jet CSS File
Browse
Accept

but I don't see any changes reflected.

I don't know if Redwood still allows these types of changes or if there is additional documentation on this.
