Can we display error message dynamically using a variable through VBS?

Summary:

We want to display error messages dynamically on certain fields on Request a new position page, based on what the user selects. We have created a variable as well through Advanced mode, but cannot fetch that in the error message. Any help would be appreciated on this requirement, thanks!
