Requisition Email Approval template

I am currently working on updating the custom requisition email approval template. As part of the testing process, I have enabled the BIP_CLIENT_REFRESH_TME profile option and set its value to 15 at the site level for testing.

However, the changes made to the template are not reflecting even after 15 minutes. Could you please advise if there is any ESS job that needs to be executed, or if there are any additional steps required to ensure the changes are visible within the expected timeframe?
