Clarification on Rolling forward Qualification plan term type

Hi all,

We created a rolling forward qualification plan and tagged it to Sickness type.

During terminations, we expect long-term illness records to end-date exactly after 104 weeks from the absence start date if the termination date is beyond 104 weeks.

In order to achieve this, we configured the term duration in the qualification plan as 104 weeks, and tested this scenario, but it looks like it is not working as expected.

For e.g., we submitted an illness record with start date as Aug 22, 2022 and terminated that person as of Jun 20, 2025. The system end-dated that illness record as of Jun 20, 2025 (instead of 104 weeks duration).
