Custom Role is not able to view WF notification and access the Organization details

Summary:

We have created a custom Business Data Steward role. However, when a user with this role receives a workflow approval notification (for an Account Object workflow with a business process), they are unable to view any details. We have also tried granting BPM Admin access, but this has not resolved the issue.

What additional access or permissions should we assign to ensure the user can view the workflow notification and access the Organization details link in an editable format?
