OTL time card submission - show custom message instead of delivered message

Hi,

We have written a fast formula to show error message when employees tries to submit next week time card but the custom message shows in a cell but we want it on the top. The delivered message which shows on the top says 'fix the time entries with errors. Then submit again'. This message seems confusing and we want to add a custom message.
