requester name is not showing in PO approval Condition in oracle fusion

I want to include the requester in the Purchase Order (PO) approval flow. However, when I search for the requester's name in the approval conditions, it does not appear. I have already verified that the user is active and has been assigned the 'Advanced Procurement' role, along with the necessary data access roles at the Business Unit (BU) level.

what is the reason ?
