Pick Wave release doesn't work transfer order when using Zone/geography

Summary:

We need to use zone/geography in Pick wave release rules but the pick wave release rule is not picking the transfer order , when removing the zone/geography from pick wave release rules it picks the transfer orders.

Does oracle support using zone/geography for the transfer orders?>\
