The “Print Packing Slip Report” and “Print Commercial Invoice Report” options are missing.

The “Print Packing Slip Report” and “Print Commercial Invoice Report” options are missing from post-shipment or RMA workflows in the Oracle Fusion. I suspect that every time there's an Oracle Cloud update, these options reset or are removed, affecting my ability to print required logistics documents.
Kindly advise what are the possible causes and resolution for this issue. Also, provide permanent solution so that it never happens again.
