process requisitions UI keeps spinning-page not loading

Summary:

We are enabling 25B functionality of Process Requisitions (New). Followed the documentation - Profiles enabled, access provided, ran ESS Job to create Index. We can see the Process Requsitions (new) in the Quick Links. However when we click on it, the page is not loading completely.

Is there any other step missing? Do we need to log SR?
