Unable to see the Extension Rule section on the "Add Document Records" page in VBS

Hi Team,

We intended to add a rule under the Extension Rule section on the "Add Document Records" page, as demonstrated in the screenshot provided.

However, when attempting to perform the same action in our instance, we noticed that the Extension Rule section is not visible.

We are unsure of the reason behind its absence and would like to understand why this section is not appearing in our environment.

Additionally, we would appreciate guidance on how to make the Extension Rule section visible again so that we can proceed with our configuration.

We are trying to achieve the below scenario. Right now we are in 25B version.
