Hello,

In Oracle Fusion Approvals, when using the Supervisor Hierarchy to determine approval routing, can we configure the workflow so that it uses the manager of the employee’s department (e.g., department head) rather than a specific user name?

Our goal is to avoid having to update the approval rules manually when an individual leaves or changes roles, and instead rely on the current manager of the employee’s department so approvals continue automatically with the new manager.

Is there a standard configuration or recommended approach to achieve this?
