Major lag times for..... everything?

Anyone experiencing lag times again, but for different things? For example on Friday and today we've been receiving course completion emails upwards of 3+ hours after the user completed the actual course. We're also noticing users are being completed for an individual course, but not the LP until multiple hours later.
