Not able to make country field as read only on contact info address addition screen

in Visual Builder Studio for HCM

We have done a personalization on responsive screen and through that personalization we have made country field as read only on contact info while the user is trying to add new address for himself/herself, please find below screenshot from responsive UI page:

But the same personalization we can not able to perform in VBS since the read only field for country field is not editable there, please find screenshot from VBS customization screens:

If anyone is having same kind of requirement and any workaround then please help us on this.
