The status of the transfer order is ‘Shipping Interface Error Status’ and the shipment has not been created. Interface error message is '

The source line cannot be created because a source line with this combination of source system, order number, line number, schedule already exists.

'. We are unable to progress the transfer order. When we search using the transfer order on the Manage Shipment screen, no records are returned.

If anyone has experienced a similar issue before, how was it resolved? I would appreciate your help.
