System is multiplying the threshold limit we want to use the defined limit

Summary:

I had divided a vendor into 3 suppliers in my system now when I'm defaulting that TDS on supplier site it's creating separate bucket hence multiplying the limit as 3X is there any workaround I can use this threshold limit as is?
