Absence Approval Workflow based on Employee Service Period/ Experience

Summary:

We need to set up an approval workflow for "Add Absence" transaction that branches based on employee experience: if the employee has less than one year of experience, one specific approval flow should be triggered; if the experience exceeds one year, a different approval flow should be initiated.
