I want to know how to customize the subject line title for absence withdraw

When staff Withdraw their leave request, the request shows to approvers without (Withdraw) message, it is like a new leave request, not withdrawing an old request. We need your help to this matter as it is important to us to ease the process of approving or rejecting the withdrawing leave requsts. how we can setup this as I went to "AbsencesApprovalsTask" and could not find a way to edit the title for withdrawn leave requests
