Unable to update BPA line price using VBCS

I am using an oracle lab to test BPA line price update using VBCS. Below is the original agremeent:

I have prepared the below excel where I have just changed the price from 16.99 to 20.99. But I am getting an error here.


Can anyone please help with the error? What am I missing here?
