Oracle CPQ Config model via excel data

We have a requirement to Configure the Model (Non-BOM Model) via uploading the excel/csv file. We are able to achieve this for Non-Array Attribute. But for Array facing challenge as to define no. of rows. Because for every time the no. of row in Excel/csv will change.

Is anyone guide on this how we can achieve this.
