REST CreateSimpleInvoice fails on invoices over 500 lines.

Since 25B has been installed in our environment we have not been able to create an AR invoice using CreateSimpleInvoice with over 500 Lines. Is this a new limitation or is there a sitting that needs to be changed? We have successfully created AR invoices using this same method to create invoices with up to 800 lines.
