Location based access not allow to laod page manage scheduled process

in General Ledger & Intercompany

Summary:

Location based access is active and rol is checked "Enabled rol for access from all ip address"

the user sign in a oracle fussion gonna "Tools/Manage Scheluded Procesess" (clic icon ) and user returns to home page

when user sign in oracle fusion from any ip range setup in LBAS everything is ok

The user can access all other screens assigned to the role without any problems.

Why is this strange behavior occurring?
