In our business process, each Requisition Type is expected to follow a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) for example, type A must be delivered within 5 days, type B within 10 days, etc.

However, we have not found a standard way in Oracle Fusion Self Service Procurement to enforce or link these SLAs to the Requested Delivery Date field.

Is there a standard functionality, configuration, or best practice that allows the system to:

  • Automatically calculate the requested delivery date based on the SLA tied to the requisition type?
