CPQ data table update tracker

Summary:

There is a data table in CPQ which is updated from EBS via integration. This update happens every 30 minutes.

Requirements: Need to track CPQ data table is updated as expected. If there is a problem in EBS or integration and data table is not updated for an hour, an email should trigger to CPQ Admin. Does CPQ have this functionality OOTB?
