Different version in Deploy Build Vs Extension Lifeccyle

Summary:

We are trying to migrate the changes in prod through package an deploy where deploy got error out with below error:

Error: visual extension with matching id site_hcm_extension and version 0.1.1751550838 already exist.

However, in Extension lifecycle version is showing 0.1.1751386847

Now Question,

  1. how we can fix the error we are getting while doing deployment through package/Deploy ?
  2. Instead of package/deploy, can we migrate changes using Extension lifecycle as version is different there ?
