How to default correct inventory organization on PO if the location is assigned to sub

Summary:

Hi experts,

The PR is created with deliver to location as Location A (This location is assigned to Subinv A of Inventory Org A). Once PR is converted to PO, the Inventory org defaulted on PO is Inventory org B instead of inventory org A.

Our expectation is - as the Location A is tagged to Subinv A, it should default Inv Org A on PO. We cannot even edit the Inv org on PO.

Note: It is an expense destination PR PO
