Customize the approval rule condition in BPM Approval

Summary:

We are configuring Absence Management BPM Approval in Fusion Absence Management, while creating a rule there are multiple seeded conditions are available but we want to make a custom condition to check employee center which is one of the level of employee org hierarchy, IF employee center in hierarchy is "CENTER A" then approval should go to user "B", i am not able to find a solution where we can define custom attribute using SQL, Fast formula or other method.
