Can REST API can connect using OAuth instead of the default authentication in EPBCS

Summary:

We are connecting to Oracle Fusion - HCM to update requisition information from Oracle EPM EPBCS using REST API.

We have completed standard integrations, but we have been asked to use OAuth to connect to the production instance.
